We had a fantastic first week of school! We are learning all about our procedures and routines. The students have learned about their morning job of wake up work and quiet choice time. We've spent a lot of time building our stamina for read-to-self for our Daily 5 block of reading. The students learned about our classroom library and how to shop in our library. We enjoyed playing a math game with a partner and painted a sunny art project to go with our classroom theme. These students continue to impress me with how hard they are working each day!
